I would say that the vast majority of people already know the basics…eat vegetables, watch portion sizes, exercise, don’t smoke, etc. So why does Amazon list over 80,000 books on health and wellness? Everyone is looking for that magic bullet, the one extra “something” that makes being healthy easy. That “something” is a coach.
Successful change depends on finding out what YOU want to change, what it will “cost” (not money!) to change, why you value that change and, finally, how to make the change so that it becomes a habit, just like brushing your teeth. Every person has the ability to make change and has the tools inside them to make the change. The coach works with you to help bring those tools out so that you can work with them.
